Refund policy

Custom-made furniture cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled unless there is a defect in the completed piece.

Please note that the wood used in your furniture may exhibit characteristics such as nail holes, knots, dents, saw marks, and staining, and there may be some natural bowing in the wood. Additionally, variations in color are inevitable due to the unique nature of the materials used.

We meticulously sand and finish the wood to achieve a smooth surface while preserving its original aged appearance, applying two coats of high-quality, eco-friendly wax-oil.

Keep in mind that wood, especially reclaimed wood, may require time to acclimate to its new environment, and slight movements, twists, or bowing may occur, particularly if placed near a heat source.
